For his printmaking he studied and worked at various venues, first in De Werkwinkel (Wageningen, The Netherlands), followed by Coventry University (Coventry, England), Utrechts Centrum voor de Kunsten ( (Utrecht, The Netherlands), for over 40 years at the Evanston Art Center (Evanston, IL, USA) and the North Shore Art League (Winnetka, IL, USA) and now at the ZGC (Zaans Grafisch Collectief), Zaandam, The Netherlands.
